Members of the Marin Ski Club love the mountains and the outdoors and enjoy being part of a community of like-minded people. We're like a big family and our lodge is basically a shared home that makes it convenient and economical to enjoy all that the Donner Summit and Lake Tahoe areas have to offer. We welcome your interest in joining the club.

A great way to get introduced to our club is to ski, hike or bike with us. Or come to one of our meetings or social events in the San Francisco Bay Area. Winter meetings are usually (but not always!) held on the second Tuesday of each month, October through April. In the summer months, we have barbecues at various local Marin parks and work weekends up at the lodge. Please inquire about attending one of our meetings or events or visiting our lodge on Donner Summit. Contact our membership chair at membership@marinskiclub.org for more info.

To become a member, you need to be sponsored by an active MSC member who will guide you through the process. (If you don't already know a member, we can help find one to sponsor you.) Prospective members are required to attend some club meetings, visit our lodge a few times, and participate in a social event… it's actually quite fun and a great way to get to know each other.
